The following privacy policy gives you an overview about how your information is handled. Personal data are all data which can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email address, user behaviour.

The protection of your personal data is a very serious matter to me. I handle your personal data confidentially in compliance with the regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). I use your personal data exclusively to keep you informed about upcoming exhibitions and events of mine through occasional news about me and my works sent by e-mail. I do not share your personal data with any third party. I point to the fact that data transfer by the internet (e.g. by using e-mails) may have security flaws. According to today's best available technology a complete protection against the access by third parties is impossible.

The data processing of this website is hosted by a company named "1blu" (address: 1blu AG, Stromstraße 1-5, D-10555 Berlin, Telefon: +49 30-20 18 10 00, E-mail: info@1blu.de ). The data processing occurs pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) GDPR, which allows data processing in order to perform a contract or precontractual actions respectively. With visiting a website hosted by 1blu personal data will be recorded, which can be used for a personal identification of you. Some of the data will be recorded to assure an accurate provision of the website, some others in order to analyse the behaviour of users. With your visit of my website some technical data will be recorded by 1blue automatically. These are the so called log data, which will be transmitted by your browser (e.g. date and time, time zone, start and finish of the linking, volume of bytes, your IP-address and the type of the transmitting services used. After completion of a user's session the user data and traffic data respectively will be stored by 1blu for a certain period. I don't know the particular duration of this. On my side I don't analyse any individual user behaviour statistically. I do not merge your data with other sources of data related to my website project. I don't store any personal data when you visit my website. If you contact me by e-mail, I use your e-mail address to contact you back. I although register it in my list of interested parties. I don't share this to third parties. You can cancel at any time your registration in my list of interested parties. You have the right to request the correction, the blocking or the deletion of your data. Along with your contact to me you grant to me your explicit permission to process your data according to the conditions defined in this declaration. You may cancel your permission at any time. An informal note by e-mail will be sufficient for this. The lawfulness of all data processing carried out before your cancellation will not be affected by your cancellation.
